Will I receive candidates from multiple recruiters in your network? How many contacts will I have to manage?
No. When you start working with Recruita, we’ll assign a dedicated Account Manager as your sole point of contact. It will be their job to get to know your hiring needs and understand your company culture in order to provide the absolute best candidates for you.
How much does it cost to use Recruita and what are the payment terms?
Our standard placement fee is 25% of the candidate’s first year salary. Payment is due in full before the start date of the candidate.
Does Recruita offer contract or direct hire employees?
At this time, Recruita strictly offers direct hire placements.
Is there a guarantee?
Recruita offers a 30-day replacement guarantee. Should a candidate hired through Recruita be terminated or leave within 30 days of joining, just notify Recruita and we’ll work with you to find a replacement at no additional cost.
How long will it be before I start receiving candidates?
While we take great pride in providing a faster time-to-hire, actual specifics depend on several factors including: company reputation, job type and location, salary, etc. We cannot provide a guarantee but our clients generally start receiving candidates within 2 weeks of sharing the job order.
How many jobs can I submit at one time?
Because or our vast network of top recruiters, we can handle as many job orders as you want.
